CrossFit® is a program developed to improve fitness through constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. CrossFit® is a core strength and conditioning program that does not specialise in a single domain, but attempts to improve and enhance physical competence the 10 different fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy.
At North Engine CrossFit we want to revisit our roots through functional and natural movements. We design the programming to be fresh and fun whilst keeping it goal oriented.
