WHAT DOES FOUNDATION COURSE INCLUDE?
During the Foundation Course, you’ll learn all the essential techniques used in our daily CrossFit classes. This includes the fundamentals of squatting, pressing, and pulling, as well as how to move your body efficiently through a variety of bodyweight and gymnastic movements.
You’ll also get to know other participants — making it easier (and more fun) to join the group classes afterwards with familiar faces by your side.
No previous sports background is required to join. All you need is a willingness to learn, move, and become part of a supportive community.
The course includes:
Two (2) sessions, each lasting 2 hours, coached in a small group setting to keep coaching top notch and invidual
One month of unlimited training after completing the course (value: 139 €)
